Reservation of cottages
Reservation and stay in cottages/festive shed involves acceptance of the facility's regulations. We accept reservations of houses only via Booking and Airbnb.

What is the cost of the stay?
Please check the prices for your stay on Booking or Airbnb (various promotions are charged, e.g.: Genius, early booking - Booking sets more attractive prices individually, they are not visible to the hosts).

Minimum booking length
Getaway for the weekend? Until the end of July 2023* possibility to book a weekend only for one night! You can make your reservation up to 24 hours in advance! Ready for a Russian banya and coffee accompanied by birds singing? General rules: reservation - minimum 3 nights (does not apply to renting a banquet shelter for special events). *does not apply to the May weekend.

Animals
Dogs, cats and even turtles are welcome! Arrival with your beloved pet is associated with an additional cost of PLN 120 / entire trip - payable on site / bank transfer,

Firewood
Bags with firewood (for the fireplace, grill, etc.) are PLN 40 / bag,

Wiata biesiadna
Reservation of the banquet shelter for the event is valid outside the Booking - tab "Wiata biesiadna".

Russian banya and sauna
Each house has its own Russian banya. Only guests are authorized to use the Russian banya and the sauna at the Domek Górny - the sauna operates a maximum of three times (60 minutes each).

Extra person
The stay of an additional person is associated with the cost of PLN 110/day. We provide a mattress and bedding, the so-called. "extra bed".

Booking cancellation
We are here for you, we really understand the exceptional situation! In case of anything - write to us! Booking: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge at least 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total booking price if canceled within 21 days prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up at the property, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Self Rebooking: One time per booking, at least 7 days prior to check-in, at the same price or higher than the original booking, with the same booking conditions and same room type. Airbnb: Full refund if canceled up to 30 days before check-in. If booked less than 30 days prior to check-in, a full refund is available if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to check-in. Then 50% refund if canceled up to 7 days before check-in. After that, it is no longer possible to get a refund.

The facility does not issue an invoice.
